Hi, I had one show up in my yard about 2 mths ago (Aiken SC area)....loves bugs and bread. Think it's a rooster (occasionally crows) . Sucker can fly....honestly I never knew chickens could fly (city girl). We've seen him fly 30-40 ft up to roost in a tree. Don't really know what to do with him. Any ideas? Sincerely, Dorothy. I think it's a rooster.....dang he can fly! Showed up in my yard a couple mths ago. Can go vertical 30 feet to roost in a tree for the night. Likes bugs and bread. Not sure what to do with him. Honestly I thought he was a hen, till he crowed...might still be..lol (I'm a city girl) In box me if you're interested
