I breed EE's and I'm just starting Polish. I'm just selling my eggs right now for eating, although if someone wants to purchase some for hatching we can talk but next spring I will have hatching eggs and chicks. I have an EE that has the brightest blue egg I've ever seen! Also have several shades of green and brown.
