breeding a red sexlink rooster

Do you know what two breeds were used in the cross to get the red sex-link rooster?? I can figure it out by using the online "chicken calculator" if you know that.

I sure don't

I wanna say from all the reading and questions I've asked that my rooster is a cinnamon queen

Where did you get it? I will check colors for those possible chicks. Debbie

Ok...assuming it is genetically similar to an ISA Brown (white patterned red columbian)....

From what I can tell...Crossing the rooster to your barred rock should produce ...

Pullets:
wit unicolor•E | white unicolor•E
Ratio = 1/4 = 25%, minimum of animals to breed: 4
Pullets:
zwart unicolor•E | black unicolor•E
Ratio = 1/4 = 25%, minimum of animals to breed: 4
Cockerels:
wit unicolor•E koekoek | white unicolor•E barred
Ratio = 1/4 = 25%, minimum of animals to breed: 4
Cockerels:
zwart unicolor•E koekoek | black unicolor•E barred
Ratio = 1/4 = 25%, minimum of animals to breed: 4

A cross to your rhode island red hens

Pullets:
wit getekend rood columbia | white patterned red columbian
Ratio = 1/4 = 25%, minimum of animals to breed: 4
Pullets:
zwart getekend rood columbia | black patterned red columbian
Ratio = 1/4 = 25%, minimum of animals to breed: 4
Cockerels:
wit getekend rood columbia | white patterned red columbian
Ratio = 1/4 = 25%, minimum of animals to breed: 4
Cockerels:
zwart getekend rood columbia | black patterned red columbian
Ratio = 1/4 = 25%, minimum of animals to breed: 4

These are from working with the online "chicken color calculator"
found here:

I hope this helps and if anyone sees that these results are incorrect...please let us know.
Debbie
