breeding BroadBreasted bronze turkey hens, with smaller toms?

i was curious on if i had bronze hens, knowing that the tom is too meaty to mate..., if maybe a smaller healthy breed could.
say like a royal palm tom with a bronze hen. anyone have a clue? i'd rather not be the middle man... if ya get my drift. lol

i would be fully capable of incubateing, so no worrys there.
