Breeding Buff Leghorns

I like them.I could not get the page to translate.I was wondering if these were large or bantam? Were these being offered for sale? The German and Dutch birds are very close to the American type.Dan

Sorry for the double post. Thanks for the translation.Does anyone have any Buff Leghorns (Italieners) pictures of the German show winners at Hanover shows of recent years.?I saw a few pictures from five years ago and they were very nice. An a similar note, has anyone translated the Dutch Buff articles (Dutch Leghorn club website) by C.S.Th Van Gink and others?Would love to read them.

I am going to the National show in Frankfurt next week. They have 23,400 birds entered. I have bred Buff Leghorn bantams in the past and still have interest in them. Will take a few pictures and post here if I can figure it out. I am mostly interested in pigeons but I was recomented to go to this show. Trip of a lifetime . If amybody wants pictures of a certain breed just PM me.
Have followed this tread for months. Very interesting.

Some pictures of the buff leghorns at the German national that was held last week. It sure was a very nice show. The Germans know how to put on a show. There were 17 large buff leghorns and 10 bantams.

If you want more pictures of different breed I may have them.

Thanks so much,I can see a few that I like and would use for breeding if I had them.Deep rich color and nice big wide large fowl. You can send a few over here.It is such a shame importation is so hard and costly.Dan

Has anyone had any experience with the laying ability, egg size, bird size and vigor of Ideal Hatchery Buff Leghorns?I know Keith (Jake Mashburn) got an order of pullets but sold them as he did not like the buff color on them. I am always hearing that the hatcheries need good laying flocks to supply the chick orders,so thought maybe they were great layers??????I also wonder how bad are their type and color?
