A silver phoenix had a baby. I have 1 silver pheonix rooster, 1 rhode island red rooster and 1 easter egger (ameraucana) rooster. The baby was a perfect picture of silver pheonix. I thought I had a pure bred but today I noticed some rusty color feathers on the wing. So it is not a pure bred. Does anyone know what the chicken will look like with either mix a wrote about. The legs are dark grey, which makes me thing of Easter egger but I sold my easter egger a couple of days before she laid the egg that led to the chick in question.

A couple of days between the departure of your rooster and the laying of this egg means nothing in regards to his possible paternity - and from your description that sounds like the most likely rooster to have been involved, but it would really help if you were to take and post a picture of the chick in question.
