Breeding Easter Eggers

Thank you junebuggena! As you can tell, I'm still learning about these breeds. Their legs should be white also? I've looked at Ameraucana sites and I don't see white legs on all the birds.
They should have slate legs, which is a dark, blue tinted 'wash' on the legs. The underlying skin color should be white. The skin on the bottoms of the feet is the best place to easily see what color skin a bird has.

Sorta-kinda on topic question here...Has anyone tried to come up with any really wild EEs by breeding a blue egg layer with one of the very flamboyant breeds, like a Polish?



I would love to see some of the results if anyone has!

Me too that would be awesome to have crazy fun looking birds that lay awesome colored eggs!! .... homestead goals right there! You must be beautiful and useful! Lol
