I currently have an EE hen with white earlobes, who lays light, pinkish eggs. If I breed her with my Black Copper Marans cock, what are the odds of any of their female offspring laying Olive colored eggs?

None. The blue egg gene is dominant - meaning that if the hen doesn't lay blue or green eggs, she doesn't carry it. Pink-brown X dark brown will give you a medium brown egg.

Got it. Thanks. That's kinda what I was thinking, but was not sure.

Here's a food chart that can help with breeding for specific egg colors
