I have broody turkeys that I can't let sit yet. I keep taking the eggs, so one dragged a pecan into the nest. She sat on it for several days before I tossed it out.

It's name is "Big Bird" #58 - weight at 17 days is 547 grams or 19.2 oz - an average 29 gram per day gain since hatch. 3/4 White Cornish Rock 1/4 Dark Cornish. May be by next cockerel keeper - I can't imagine it's a pullet.

wonder how a mix of him and a Biel would be? He is huge! Can these still natural breed?

Yes they are in groups of 2-3 hens to a Cock bird. You can see "Bob" in the background with one of his Dark Cornish girls.

The duck shares her nest. There is a rock in the nest that the goose insists stays in there though.
