VRA VALLEY CANNING PARTY
Scored 40 pounds of green beans and 60 pounds of tomatoes, along with smaller amounts of eggplant, squash, broccoli and lettuce, so have the pressure canner and water bath canner running full tilt today. Looks like tomorrow will be more of the same. Need to get wifey more involved so I can sneak out back and get some woodworking done!

Thanks for asking...I think I had fun but mostly I had pains in the butt. The poultry I was discussing did not come from Brasil but is coming from another state of the US...should be USPS'd out a week from this coming Monday.

EDIT: From the welcome back, I believe the breeder will be as glad to ship them off as I will be to get them...
