Territorial has some awesome stuff. They also had the multiplier onions but were sold out. Only other place that had them was I think southern exposure seed exchange, they only had yellow left and were sold out of red and white. A place on ebay in Canada has all three colors in greater quantities a lot cheaper but evened out with the xtra cost of shipping. I went with Jung's who only have yellow and got the smaller package. Figured I better try them first and see how they do anyway. Same with the mangels, wanted a half lb, went with one package, see how I grow them first. Those multiplier onions if they grow good I'll have more than we need in a few yrs anyway. Like to try those Egyptian walking onions some day also.
That's funny on the garlic. We can only grow hard neck successfully and it must be planted in late fall. I've heard conflicting info on these onions, most say fall planting, also saw spring in extreme cold...??
So I planted half and will plant other half in spring.
Someday I'd like to try the real wasabi plants Territorial has (only place I've ever saw them), expensive though. Best planted in old creek beds, and we have plenty of old spring run beds on the hill behind us.
