Breeding frizzled RIR

I searched and couldn't find this, so I apologize if this has already answered. If I want to get a frizzled RIR....I'm thinking I start with a cochin frizzle & breed with a RIR and then breed any resulting frizzled birds back to a RIR? Then continue to breed the frizzled mix back to RIRs?

I think if you use a cochin, it will take a long time to get back to type with the RIR.
