Breeding frizzles

I have seen several posts saying your not supposed to breed a frizzle with another frizzle but none of them say why. I am looking into buying frizzles but the only person locally that I have found breeds them together. Should I keep looking? What happens when two frizzles are bred together? Are they not as pretty or something?

Their feathers are more delicate. On some just touching the feathers causes them to fall off.
