Breeding Help

i'm going to try a breeding project with a birchen cochin bantam rooster and a silver ameraucana bantam hen. does anybody know what the outcome would be? i read somewhere that dominent traits overpower the weaker ones, is that true? they both have two different combs so how would i know which type of comb was dominent, the pea comb or the single? and the colors are different so what should the colors look like? the egg color is different too. so is there a way that i can choose which traits i want from each one. oh, and the ameraucanas are bearded (but there can be some that aren't bearded, right?) is that a dominent trait also? any help would be appreciated,

Well I got lost at single comb? Not sure where you would be getting a single comb from, should be rose and pea.
