I'd build it at least 3x3 inside if you mean to give them a run (i'd build that the same size). if you don't intend to build them a run then make the pen 4x4, just so they have some space to co-exist comfortably.

they are off the ground and they are dp/light lrg fowl and evetualy oegb/d'uccle they are old rabbit green coated pens and there will be NO RUN

Then I think your fine then, mine aren't that small but I keep quad's of bigger birds. Just kinda monitor them if you think they may need bigger you'll know.
