Sorry, I'm pretty dense.

Now, if I have a rose comb RIR roo and all rose comb RIR hens, I will get all rose comb babies, right? Because rose comb is a dominant trait? No chance of straight combs sneaking in there by some chance of genes?

I'm trying to build an all rose comb flock. Any input would be mucho appreciated!

If rose comb is dominant, then they only need one gene to express rose comb. That means the recessive one can be single comb. Put two heterozygotes together and you can get single combed birds 25% of the time provided only one set of genes control comb type.
