What sweet peachicks...(sigh) (jealous).

Sorry to barge in here and change the subject, but a quick note for Destinduck:
Is that the perch your beautiful!! pea always uses? Is it a metal rod?
If so, I just wanted to warn you that kind of perch can cause bumblefoot (a foot infection that can occur when birds have perches that are too hard and have a uniform circumference).

Loud pieds are special.Almost priceless when you actually own one, compared to looking at pictures of them that others own. This picture convinced me this summer to buy Black Shoulder Silver Pieds,,I could not imagine but one other color being more stunning and I happen to have raised one of those from a shipped egg,(My Charcoal dark pied w/e) and next spring he too will have all my spare attention. But this guy makes me drool,,pic credit of Bigcreekpoultry (who also helped me obtain some very special BSSP to get me started)

OHHHH VERY nice indeed!! It's amazing all the mutations you guys have, I'm very envious!! We are limited to white, pied loud pied (we call them reverse pieds) and Aussie Charcoal, the last one being very rare and not yet established. Lucky I'm a pied nutter, so get to keeo my favourite mutation in them. A pic attached of what our loud pieds are like (pic is from the breeder who mtook 40 years to get them to where they are today well done Craig Mcfawn!
