i hatch all year round, sometimes it gets a little tricky to take care of chicks with Ohio's winters. this year we are adding heat to the brooding area to keep things more constant.

Which quail are you talking about?
My coturnix quail (down under) have just started their breeding season, so I'm presuming yours could be coming to an end.
Breeding season goes from March to September for coturnix quail in the northern hemisphere.
