Breeding your own Meatbirds

Any recommendations for breeds? I was thinking the White Leghorn and Plymouth Rock? I'm new at this and totally open to suggestions.

hey you are in luck....there are afew porgects like yours here, there are about 4 just this past 3 weeks, just go down and check some of this threads......Leghorns? they are only good at laying....playmouth rock are a shure thing, just cross it with something else like dark cornish rooster or Delaware rooster....good luck
