It is better to breed Grand father to daughter but I have done father to daughter and brother to sister with no problems.

Ducks have no sense of propriety. I stand to be corrected but I think ducklings from father/daughter or brother/sister would be infertile.

Nope. They're perfectly fertile. My whole flock I had originally was a male and his sister and their daughters. And a pekin, but she never had any from her hatch
