I have an EE that lays XL blue eggs. The problem is that it only lays 2-3 eggs a week. So my ?? is this. If I breed her to my RIR rooster what will I get?? Does the hen carry the egg color gene?? What about the size of the eggs who carries that gene??

You will get green eggs from the offspring, and since they both lay XL eggs, that's what you should get - XL green eggs.
