Breeding

I have 6 bobwhite females and 8 cortunix males. My quail are strictly for meat. Can I inbreed? Doesn't matter if offspring are sterile.

I think you mean cross breed? I am very very new to quails but if my reading is true then bobwhites and coturnix are completely different and probably unlikely to breed. There seems to be lots of claims that it has been done but only by people who have conveniently vanished when asked for photos as far as I can see. x

Bobwhites are too agressive and will kill your coturnix. I recommend against it.
