Breeds for commerical egg raising in Wisconsin

I thought it might fun, if I could ever get the needed land for raising chickens that lay unusually colored eggs rather than usual white or brown eggs you find in the stores. What breeds of chickens are there that can be raised in Wisconsin the would lay like blue, green, maybe even red, pink, or purple eggs?
If I could do this, the chickens would be allowed roam freely in large
fenced in areas, but I was also wondering what would you do with them during the late Fall, Winter, and early Spring months when it would be too cold for them to be outside.

Can I have some suggestions please?

Easter Eggers, Ameraucanas, or Araucanas will lay green or blue eggs, sometimes pink. Welsummers and Cuckoo Marans will lay chocolate brown eggs. If you breed a green egg layer and a dark brown egg layer, you'll get chickens that lay olive green eggs. Do a search for 'olive eggers.'
