Breeds of meat birds

They are to fat already You need to seriously Starve them now, like 90 grams per day feed
I really don't have a way to separate the "selected" pullets. It was either under feed to ones I want to eat or normal feed the lucky ones. I do think they are under a normal weight from what I've researched. Lots said processed weight is my live weight.
I am feeding without soy and almost 17% protein in a chicken tractor 12/12.
They are still very active. They will be 9.5 weeks at process day.
Again being my first meat flock I can only speak to what I've read.

I would suggest to start selecting them because if you do you will have either too fat hens that will not lay well or at all or too underweight pullets that don't make market weight

This is the time to do it if you wait more there is no going back, if you check the following chart these hens should have been fed about 45 grams of feed per day
