Brewer’s grain question

Instead of speaking in a conjecture-type manner
Ha ha!

I think declaring duck food as a perfect for ducks when we knowingly supplement with yeast and niacin would make someone the king of conjecture.

As I said before, the obesity rates and degenerative health of most Americans prove that they are making absurd decisions based on food labeling.

Is it too late to place an order for the barley fed?
To be more clear, i will raise half the ducks on spent brewing grain and half on duck pellets. Then record weights. Part of what makes spent grain good is that its free, so take that into account.

Less processed whole grain that's higher in nutrition than most other grains, but yes; eating only one type of food, no matter what it's named is not optimal.

Pre packaged candy bars that say 'natural' or 'breakfast' on them come to mind.

Remember that card game called Pit?

A friend makes his own beer and I get the spent grain product. I freeze it in loaf pans and then it is given as a treat. It is especially popular in the summer. The chickens and peacocks like it but not the ducks. Then again, my ducks are fussy and don't like lots of things on the treats your ducks will love like peas.
