Hey, everyone! I'm Sarah, (a.k.a: PrnzsButtrcluck). Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself
I must confess, but I've been a BYC stalker for a while now, and finally decided to join. Not really sure what took me so long, but here I am!
I'd like to start off by thanking many of you for your informative (and often humorous) postings on here. They have helped me tremendously, and I thank you in advance for all of your help in the future.
So, a little about me....mid 30's, happily married, 3 beautiful kids. I'm an artist/ illustrator and full-time mom. I'm very earthy and spiritual, and have a goofy sense of humor. We live in the far northeast corner of Pennsylvania, 20 minutes from where I grew up. I hit the road running at age 18, and swore I'd never be back. Years of city life and parenthood changed that, however, and 2 years ago we moved out here and are enjoying life in an old farmhouse.
Growing up, I never really cared for chickens. Ours were refugee chickens that fell off the truck and ended up at our house. I never remember enjoying them at all, or any birds for that matter, despite my love of other animals. Of course, that's changed as well, and I snuggle the chickens and kiss 'em to death like all of our other critters!
We're currently raising Ameraucanas, Marans, guinea fowl, and some barnyard mixes.
I look forward to getting to know you all, and wish you all a wonderful weekend!
Love & Blessings,
Princess Buttercluck
