i have a goose that hasn't been feeling quite right no sneezing, no watery eyes, but I did notice today that her poop is bright green and watery. Should I use the toxin flush on her? Any ideas - I would really appreciate the help. She just doesn't seem to be able to keep up with the others, but is still eating and drinking as far as I know.

As far as I know it is. The ducks don't come in the garage and the geese have been sitting in there for a while.

What have you been feeding? Lots of lettuce and watermellon ect will create watery poo and if she is grazing she should have green poo.

What is the gooses age?
How long has she been like this?
What do you feed?
Does she has access to clean drinking water daily?
Does she have access to bathing water?
Does she have access to shade to get out of the sun and heat during the day?

She is about 6 months old, they free range during the day with a large pond and plenty of drinking water available at the chicken coops. I also have 4 kiddie pools scattered around for them to use and keep them fairly cleaned out. Every evening I give them crumbles - and they have plenty of greens to eat during the day.
They have lots of places to get out of the sun, so they shouldn't be overheated and they bathe in the pond and also in the kiddie pools that I have out.

Sounds like it is time to catch and isolate her. Then look her over very well for injuries ect. You will also be hands on and able to feel her body weight too.
