Bright light yellow Lavender Orp

Thanks Krista cute....and.that is so weird....black and white chicken started out yellow!

Mine is 2 weeks old and still yellow. ALL yellow.NO greyish spots in the yellow.
Her real wing feathers are coming out white...but as i said i do see lavender at the skin level of her quills on her shoulders(do chickens have shoulders?) so i assume she will turn lavender anyway later...Again thanks to all who answered.. made me feel better..

it might be a splash but wont know till it starts to feather out but it will probably be mostly white

Hi, My photo next to my profile is the mottled Java who was yellow as a chick.

Don't know if your chick is a lavender or not. Still a novice here - one year chicken owner. Mine are all completely lavender now.

WOW and it is black black!!

Thought i put this up on this thread.I must have another thread too for this or goofed.!
Anyway here it is at 19 days.Spots now of darker here and there but generally a not pure white color but off white greyish tinged with deeper lavender base of the feather areas. This is photo shopped to make it more clear but it also brought out the pattern which is more pronounced here than in person

coloring on chick can still change because it is so young

Ok..Splash...Those are pretty but they arent considered mottled? Is mottled just a lighter version of splash?Someone said mine would be a off white and someone else said it would turn all lavender yet What is your opinion? Can i tell anything by its ears?Or legs?

Update on this chick.
Shes now 7 1/2 weeks old mostly the same color as the other Lavender orps a very light grey but some white feathers underneath her butt AND she has pink legs not grey.
