Bright pink neck (4 day old olive egger)

Does anyone know why my olive egger has pink on the front of her neck?? She didn't have this 2 days ago.

Do you feed them any snacks? Beets or fruits or anything? That's very odd!

No treats. Just organic chick feed. I was hoping it wasn't blood. But I think it's far to bright and pink.

Nothing pink in the brooder.
I didn't hatch them but got them from an organic farm store at 1 day old (didn't have the pink when I picked them up).

Do you have small kids? that's what a chick would like like after a few hours in my house with 3 little girls! LOL
