I picked up two golden lace wyandotte hens, that after bringing them home I noticed they had scaley leg mites. We have treated them with ivermectin and have been dipping there legs in mineral oil every other night and have them separated Indoors away from my flock so i dont pass anything on. It's been about 5 days and the last 3 days I've been noticing one has some dirty butt feathers (vent looks ok though) and is pooping VERY smelly yellow runny poop that looks like bright egg yolk. Not foamy. No blood is present but the smell is strong. I also don't feel like there tail feathers look normal, they are quite puffy. Neither one seems lethargic, although i dont have them in much space while quarentining. they are eating and drinking ok. Should I be worried?!
I should add, neither has layed an egg and I was told they are just under a year old.

Welcome to BYC. The one in the foreground looks like she may be molting, and they don’t lay when they are molting. Do you know their exact ages? If you can get. Picture of the droppings with the yellow material, it could be helpful. If she is having reproductive problems or has had an egg break inside she may need some antibiotics. Do you have any available? Amoxicillin or enrofloxacin are common ones used. Here is where to find enrofloxacin 10% liquid, and dosage is 0.25 ml twice a day for 5 days.
