Brilliant automatic dooropener

Hi Americans,

I learned a lot from your forum, I'm from Holland, Europe (other side of the ocean). Came across something that amazed me in brilliance, dont'know where to post it, but here it is:

An autoamtic dooropener made of an old fashioned alarm klok. I saw an automatic opener costs you over 200 dollars, think this one is a lot cheaper!

Good luck with the idea, work it out to a better system if possible: just broadening the global knowledge!

I've heard of old-timers using these for years but have never seen one. Looks feasible but the only drawback is you still have to shut them in at night.
