For chick #1, does the blr wyandotte not apply- He has a rose comb doesn't he? (I thought/think he did/does)

For chick #1, yes it could have gotten a rose comb from the BLR Wyandotte rooster instead of the one hen, except for one detail: a rooster with splash cannot produce a black chick. So I don't think that rooster is the father of that chick. If I am wrong about the color of the rooster or the chick, then that rooster could be the father. A blue rooster could sire a black chick, or a splash rooster could sire a blue chick.

also the hens pictured are the only ones I meant to list.

Thanks for claifying. When I read the descriptions, I got a little lost about how many hens you were describing.
