Hi Folks,
I'm hoping you can help me... I heard frantic peeping tonight and discovered my Brinsea EcoGlow20 had stopped working. The little red light was on, but there was no heat emanating from the brooder. I unplugged it and plugged it back in several times, and it seemed to start to heat up, but it's still not as hot as it was a day ago. I've had it for 2 years and it has always worked like a charm. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I emailed Brinsea, but it's a Sunday, so I'm sure I won't hear from them for a day or so. Meanwhile, I'm so worried I'll end up without heat for my little ones. They'll be a week old on Tuesday so they're too little to be without heat for very long. I love my Brinsea... but what the heck could be the problem??
Thanks for any advice,
Summer
