I order my ECO 20 last week and I still haven't heard if it has been shipped. Can someone tell me how long it usually takes before it gets shipped?

Not that long if they are in stock. If you contact Brinsea, they can likely give you an update on whether it has shipped, or if it hasn't, when to expect it.

they should've sent you a confirmation email when you ordered, it'll have a link at the very bottom of the email right before it says "thanks again", the link will let you check the status of your order.
