Brinsea Maxi II advance - power outage

Question for those who have this model. When there is a power outage, does the previous temperature setting go back to where it was before ? Thank you.

When I used one, on the factory-default setting, it kept that setting even after I unplugged it for a few weeks and plugged it back in. Unplugging should be the same as a power outage for the incubator.

But I do not know what it does if you have it set to a different temperature.

You could test it: unplug it for a bit, then plug it back in and see what it is set to. If you have eggs already in it, don't unplug it for more than half an hour or so, but if there are not eggs you could leave it unplugged as long as you like before plugging it back in to check.
