Brinsea mini advance humidity

hi all! I just got a new Brinsea advance and I was wondering how far i should fill the water wells up during day 1-18. The humidity in my house is around 50%

Actually it's closer to 55 percent. I live in South Georgia so it usually gets pretty high!

I like the humidity under 50% for the first 18 days. Then the last 3 days, fill it.

I mean how far should I fill the water well

I wouldn't fill it at all till lockdown.it's already humid enough there.

Are you sure that the humidity in my house will be enough for the incubator though?

Do you have a hygrometer to measure the humidity? I like 45% for the first 18 days this suits me my eggs the incubator and my home conditions. I would just fill one half in your water well for now get a hygrometer and check. Once you have hygrometer you will know for sure. You may find you do need to take all the water out. I got a lizard hygrometer for my original incubator from the pet shop was cheap but did the job well.
Brinsea incubators do hold humidity well.
