Brinsea Mini Advance- What angle to set it to?

Hello all. I am a school teacher hatching eggs in my classroom. I've used my Brinsea Mini for years, but had a poor hatch last year with lot of fully developed chicks that didn't make it.

I've ujust noticed my incubator has a setting for the angle of the rotation of the eggs, even though the incubator lays them down flat. Any suggestions as to what I should set it to? I'm setting the eggs tomorrow.

There is a Brinsea help page on the internet and they will explain how to set up your incubator. The company instructor will take you thru each step. The only thing I had to do was convert his temp from C to F. i just typed in the Brinsea Incubator and the web page came up. Lots of good advice on that page from chicken to goose hatching.
