Hi Guys,

Ive been out the game some time now but saved everything!

where would one get his sensors calibrated on a brinsea octagon 20? It's not been used for a good year or two!

thanks

You calibrate it yourself by checking it with a thermometer that is known to be accurate, such as a professional meat thermometer or a good body temp thermometer. If you don't have a way to get your known accurate therm in the incubator, you can calibrate a thermometer that will fit inside using your known accurate thermometer. If you do have to make adjustments, which is unlikely with a Brinsea, there is a little screw you turn. I don't know where it is located in the Octagon 20, but you should be able to find a manual that tells you. You only turn the screw a very small amount with the Brinseas.
