Brinsea octagon 20 egg turning

I want to buy a octagon20 Eco and was wondering how you turn the eggs if you don't buy a egg turner I herd you flip the incubator side to side is that true

Really easy to turn manually, it has 3 flat surfaces on the bottom, just rotate it either clockwise or counterclockwise to the desired position. Piece of cake.
