Well, I am English ( living in France now) and I breed Silkies here - yours looks like a female to me - normally the females don't have wattles which incidentally are blue... as are the flesh and bones.

I hope you have a female if you want to breed - they are sooooo broody and friendly - even my male Silkies are very friendly...

GOOD LUCK WITH WHATEVER IT IS....!!! Silkies are worth more than their weight in gold - mine have beards - must teach my girls to shave!!!
