Good day

I have broiler chicks and would like to know what is the best way to ensure that the temperature stays right for them without spending too much money?

Heat lamps are the most cost effective, It cost about 7 cent per hour to run a heat lamp, Broiler chickens should be around 85-90 degrees until I think week 2? You'll be able to tell if birds are too hot/too cold based off their location in the coop. If they huddle under the lamp they are cold, if they are clinging to the sides they are hot.

Don't lower the heat lamp to much (to the point where there heads can touch it or it'll burn them)
