Broilers feed layer mash?

Our broilers are going to slaughter in 3 days . We have been raising them on organic feed with soy in hit. We tried the non-soy and it seemed to make them surly. Anyway, I can't get the organic feed with soy but I can get either organic layer mash with soy or organic starter with soy. Would it hurt them if I used one of those feeds for the last couple days? I can get the non-soy but I really prefer the soy. Any ideas?

What ever you feed in the last 3 days is not likely to have any impact on them.
