Broilers outside

I have 3-4 week old broilers and they are geeting huge i have got to get them outside. Its 50-60 now 30-45 at night. Can i go ahead and throw them outside in my broiler pen? They are pretty well feathered exept there head i think they will be ok. Just looking for some advice?

Have you been lowering the brooder temp steadily?

If you have you should be ok, if not start right away
