Broke toe

Hello guys my 2 1/2 week old chick broke two toes on one foot. (For sure broke toes) was not like that yesterday. What do I do? Will splinting it fix it?

Chick shoe. Take a rigid piece of thin cardboard cut to the size of the foot and tape the toes to it. Do a search for "chick shoes" and you'll see many examples. Do not use Gorilla tape or duct tape as the adhesive is too strong and could injure the toes.
