Broken beak. Do I worry? W/pix

So my chickide has broke the tip of her beak off... it's a pretty big chunk of it that's missing... I noticed it was cracked so I tried the tea bag and supper glue. Well it didn't work. I attached some photos. Should I do anything about this? If so what?

Um, the photos aren't working.

I heard somewhere that the beak grows like our nails do, and while I am not experienced this might be a minor reassurance.

Double check your album settings...make sure they are set to public and not private.
