I just noticed one of my has broken the tip of her upper beak off. She doesn't seem to be in any pain Android there isn't any bleeding. Do I need to be worried about this? Thanks.

As long as she is able to eat and drink, there wil be no problem. It is common practice to clip the upper beak in some production egg houses and although unsightly the hens do fine.
