Broken Blood Feather?

Not an emergency. It is not currently bleeding. I've seen issues with pin feathers before and they've always resolved themselves.
This must have happened overnight. I went to clean out the bedding, and I noticed the red.

Anything I should do?

I would just leave it.

Just leave it alone. It's not a bad injury, so it'll heal itself pretty quickly.

Thank you. Just double checking and being paranoid about my little one.

It may heal or it may keep busting open. Blood feathers are kind of like a little straw going straight to a blood source. I generally yank them out if they break to prevent further issues.
