Broken chick leg?

I’m raising meat chicks and noticed one of my chicks has a sort of limp? Whenever it walks it doesn’t fully extend its legs and sort of just crouch walks. All of my other chicks stand when they eat and run around, but this chick is always laying down, it even eats its food laying down in the food bowl and rarely stands up. Also, whenever it lays down it seems to be tilted to the left. Is there any way I can help it walk again? (Is there a way to attach a video here?)

Does the chicks leg joint feel like its dislocated?
