Broken Chickens?

I have 2 brown leghorn hens. They are between 6 and 8 months old and are still not laying eggs. Are my girls broken? Ha ha

Either they are just not wanting to or they are jus about to (check their pelvic bones) Also listen for the egg song If all fails then maybe they are broken. haha

They don't let me touch them. They'll come up to me for food and to take stuff out of my hand, but that's about it. Any suggestions? And how do you check the pelvis?

Look, If you touch their bums you will feel 2 big bones sticking out. If it is 3 fingers a part then they will be laying anytime or they maybe already laying. Just try ur best with that.
