Broken Duck Foot… HELP!!!

HELP! My “Georgie” got her foot stuck and it now appears to be broken. She isn’t moving it at all and when in water, there’s no movement.

Can it be splinted and if so, what’s the best way… or what else can done?

Can you feel where the break is? ankle? or where on the foot?
Depending on where the break is if broken rest and Liquid B complex for support while healing plus warm water therapy. If broken where it needs a splint a vet would most likely be the best course of action.

Ankle (or higher?)…. I can move it gently and it “flops” or otherwise lifeless….

You can make your own splint if b complex doesn't work but I would try that first

this will give you an idea on how to bandage. The B complex is for support for muscles while healing.

I'd keep her separated from the rest of your flock so she doesn't get jostled or stepped on.
